What happens if an item is out of stock?

Our limited-edition drops are produced in small quantities and often sell out fast. Once an item is marked out of stock, it may not return—but if additional inventory becomes available, we’ll reach out to those who’ve shared their contact information.

Will these items be restocked?

Each drop is intentionally limited to celebrate a moment, milestone or community event. Restocks aren’t guaranteed—but from time to time, we may re-release select pieces based on demand or new opportunities. The best way to stay in the loop is to sign up for updates below.

How can I be notified if an item comes back?

Sign up for alerts on the product page, and we’ll notify you if your favorite item becomes available again—or when a new drop is on the horizon. Your backstage pass to exclusive PMI releases.

Why does PMI do limited drops?

Our limited-edition collections are designed to celebrate the project community. Each drop is a way to honor that shared spirit and create something collectible.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Simply click the tracking link to view the status of your order.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Although we can't offer returns or exchanges at this time—please reach out to merch@pmi.org with any questions or concerns.
